What will you be doing? As a Machine Operator, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You will set up the machines, replenish raw materials, and monitor the quality of our plastic products. You will work with modern rotational molding techniques and digital systems to keep everything running smoothly. The position is normally shift work, but is currently being performed during daytime hours. Your duties will include: • Setting up and adjusting machines for optimal production • Replenishing raw materials and monitoring the production process • Working with our digital shop floor system • Performing quality checks • Working with your manager to come up with solutions • Participating in toolbox meetings for safety and efficiency What do we expect from you?
