Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. In November 2023 we were graded Outstanding in every single aspect of an Ofsted Inspection.

The right candidate will have:
- The ability to work as part of a team assisting in the personal care and management of male students with a physical disabilities and/or medical conditions.
- Actively contributes to a happy safe and supportive environment.
- Experience of and the ability to deal positively with young adults with SEND.
- Communication skills to positively and effectively communicate with students and listen to them.
- The ability to support our values and ethos and be a positive role model.
- A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.

- The ability to encourage students to improve their independence.
We are the only Trust to provide SEN Allowances to ALL roles who work with students, including Teachers, TA’s, Care Assistants, Pastoral Care, Guides and Drivers.
