As a Production Operator, you play an essential role in the production process. At the start of your shift, you check that the machines are properly set up and that production can start smoothly. During the process, you closely monitor the equipment and make adjustments when necessary. You operate, set up, and inspect various machines and installations. You also monitor product quality, identify minor malfunctions, and resolve them whenever possible. In addition, you ensure that the machines remain clean and work according to safety and hygiene regulations. In this way, you contribute every shift to keeping the production process organized, safe, and on schedule. You will work in a three-shift system, with shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00. Additionally, you may be scheduled to work 1 to 2 Saturdays or Sundays every 4 weeks.
