Wat ga je doen? As a Planner / Scheduler, you are responsible for planning and scheduling project activities throughout all project phases: Concept, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation. You report to the Lead Planner Scheduler and carry out your work in accordance with established plans and priorities. You work closely with project teams to ensure the quality of schedules and provide support in risk identification, progress monitoring, and capacity-related matters. You follow established SOPs, guidelines, standards, and templates, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and knowledge sharing within the discipline. In addition, you are responsible for: - Formally reviewing and approving schedules - Supporting interdisciplinary teamwork - Adhering to and promoting safety, quality, and behavioral guidelines - Participating in project and team meetings - Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities - Actively contributing to lessons learned and operational initiatives - The work is carried out in the Leiden area, both in the office and (after completing the required safety instructions) on project sites. - Main work location Leiden, The Netherlands. - Site visits will be asked.
