As a Bakery Production Worker, you are actively involved in various stages of the production and baking process. You prepare dough and batter according to established recipes and process them using filling or depositing machines. For some products, you also apply and distribute the filling by hand. In addition, you supply the machines with the correct ingredients. Next, you make sure the products are baked properly. You set the ovens, load the oven racks, and change them at the right time. During baking, you closely monitor the process and make adjustments whenever necessary. Once the products are ready, you move them on to the next stage of the production process. Packaging the products and carrying out quality checks are also part of your responsibilities. You also keep a close eye on the production equipment. You carry out minor maintenance yourself and report any malfunctions promptly. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a clean workplace every day in accordance with the established cleaning schedules and quality standards.
