Production trainer - GMP/Aseptic work/cleanroom Would you like to use your experience in biotechnological production to train and inspire others? Are you passionate about quality, GMP, and sharing knowledge? Then this position at Biotech Training Facility is exactly what you're looking for! Tasks and Responsibilities As a Production Trainer, you are the face of our hands-on training programs. You ensure that participants not only understand what GMP, aseptic processing, and cleanroom behavior mean, but also why they are so important. You will: - Deliver both practical and theoretical training on topics such as aseptic techniques, cleanroom behavior, and production processes under GMP conditions. - Coach participants on skills, behavior, and quality awareness. - Adapt training sessions to the participants' background and experience level. - Contribute to the development of new interactive training modules and learning materials. - Collaborate with fellow trainers and subject matter experts to continuously improve our programs. - Ensure that production and laboratory equipment remain up to date. Skill & Experiences You are someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, explains concepts clearly, and gets energized when a group learns something new. In addition, you have: - At least 5 years of experience in a GMP environment, preferably within (bio)pharmaceutical production. - In-depth knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom processes. - Teaching or coaching skills, or the ambition to further develop them. - A practical, proactive, and quality-focused attitude. - Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. - MBO/HBO/WO working and thinking level (through education or experience) in a Life Sciences discipline.
