The Global Engineering Solutions department is responsible for developing and implementing these complex capital projects. From the initial project evaluation to execution, commissioning, and financial closure, engineering and project management play a crucial role. About the Department You will work within an international engineering organization responsible for major investment projects in the production environment. In this role, you will be based on-site in Boxmeer and will lead one or more large capital projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), consisting of engineers, project engineers, contractors, and business representatives. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subcontractors. These are projects of considerable scope and complexity. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who takes independent responsibility, maintains oversight, and can align various interests. What Will You Do? As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing large capital projects. You will guide projects throughout the entire project lifecycle: from initial evaluation and scope development to execution, delivery, and financial closure.
