QA Documentation Specialist

Job Description : They are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support their operational planning team during a period of significant change. The role involves coordinating production ingredients, packaging, and chemicals to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. This is a temporary position, ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and solid planning experience. Responsibilities : - Manage operational supply chain planning, including short-term (days) and medium-term (weeks to months) forecasting. - Continuously improve plans by balancing demand, inventory, supplier conditions, and ongoing operational changes. - Identify, address, and resolve bottlenecks or opportunities within the supply chain. - Collaborate with various departments internally and with external suppliers to optimize production flow. - Support and participate in projects such as new product launches, process improvements, IT upgrades, and supplier transitions. - Assist in optimizing planning processes and procedures through ongoing improvements. Requirements : - Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning, preferably with MRP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP APO, OMP). - Experience working in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment is a plus. - Strong organizational skills, with an ability to work accurately and proactively in a dynamic environment. - Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience liaising with suppliers and internal teams. - Fluency in Dutch is essential; English skills are an advantage. - Ability to work a hybrid schedule with up to 2 days remote work.
