The company operates in a highly regulated GMP environment and is committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This position is based within a dynamic production quality team, working closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Quality stakeholders. Your new role As a QA Specialist, you will provide quality assurance support within the production environment, ensuring compliance with GMP standards throughout packaging, labelling, and manufacturing activities. You will review and approve batch records, support investigations and deviations, conduct GMP compliance checks, and serve as the first point of contact for quality-related production queries. In addition, you will contribute to SOP development, training activities, quality improvement projects, and performance reporting. Please note this role operates in a 5-shift pattern. Full commitment to the following schedule: - Early Shift: 06:30-15:00 - Late Shift: 14:30-23:00 - Night Shift: 22:30-07:00 What you'll need to succeed - BSc or MSc degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or pharmaceutical manufacturing. - Experience with batch record review, deviations, investigations, and GMP-regulated processes. - Strong understanding of GMP, GDP and/or GCP regulations. - Experience supporting manufacturing or quality operations within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively in a fast-paced p...
