As our D365 Microsoft Finance & Supply Chain Inhouse Consultant, you will drive the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management from day one. Following the go-live, you will take ownership as the central in-house contact for process optimization, customizing, and global reporting, elevating our worldwide finance and logistics operations to the next level.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation & Global Rollout: Drive the end-to-end implementation, validation, and worldwide rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary interface between business departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Event Operations) and external implementation partners.
- Data & Process Architecture: Lead master data migration and the modeling of international accounting and logistics workflows within D365.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and optimize global financial reports, dashboards, and business intelligence (using D365 Analytics, Power BI, and Financial Reporting).
- System Customization & Configuration: Independently configure workflows, chart of accounts, dimensions, role and permission concepts, and supply chain parameters.
- Inhouse Expertise & Support: Serve as the 2nd-level support lead for international key users and deliver training on new features and system updates.
YOUR PROFILE
- D365 Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in supporting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (or Dynamics AX).
- Accounting & Controlling Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial accounting, general and sub-ledger accounting, consolidation, and international accounting standards.
- Multi-Entity Experience: Hands-on experience with complex corporate structures, including intercompany processes, multi-currency handling, and global reporting requirements.
- Analytics Skillset: Proficient in using D365 internal reporting tools and Power BI.
- Language Skills: Business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) for our international, bilingual environment.
- Mindset: Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with the ability to structure complex processes clearly in a fast-paced, scaling business.
