Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) in Tech Solutions, you will serve as the technical and consultative leader for complex, enterprise-grade Mindtickle implementations. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and customer-centric consulting. You will partner with customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to design scalable, secure, and outcome-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
You are not only responsible for how the solution is built, but why it is built that way - balancing speed, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
