JOB DESCRIPTION As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly during your shift. In the absence of management, you take on a leadership role, seamlessly transitioning between Front Office and Food & Beverage operations. You remain calm and composed under pressure, handling emergencies with confidence and professionalism. With a passion for hospitality, you deliver a personalized and authentic guest experience, always striving to exceed expectations. You think proactively and creatively, addressing guest feedback and complaints with a focus on continuous improvement. You are committed to enhancing overall service quality and operational efficiency.
