As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you play a key role in shaping the workforce of one of the world's most innovative technology companies. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, you collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Business Partners, and line management to design and execute forward-looking recruitment strategies. You take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. With a data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you advise senior leaders on labor market developments and guide them toward effective hiring decisions.
