- Teach across KS3-KS4, adapting lessons to meet a wide range of needs
Experience of understanding the needs of pupils with SEMH or is eager to learn
- Use creativity to engage pupils who may have experienced disrupted education
- Build strong, trusting relationships that support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
