We are seeking a Teacher of Maths to join Callerton Academy, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning that enables all students to achieve their full potential. You will create a positive and supportive classroom environment, plan and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, and use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. You will assess progress effectively, using data to inform your teaching and raise achievement, while contributing to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum and wider student experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  1. A qualified teacher with a relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  2. A passionate and effective classroom practitioner with a strong commitment to Maths education.
  3. The ability to motivate, inspire and support students in both academic and pastoral contexts.
  4. A reflective professional committed to continuous development and improving practice.
  5. A collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and initiative.

This role is suitable for ECT’s.
