We are seeking three dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our supportive and hardworking team in KS1 and KS2. Featherstone Primary School is a friendly, welcoming and vibrant school, where the children thrive. We are proud of our school and continue to make strides so that our ‘Good’ Ofsted with ‘Outstanding’ elements are built upon. The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Ambitious, imaginative, able to inspire, challenge and motivate all children.
  • Flexible, creative and committed to developing their expertise as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Well organised with high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and on their own initiative.
  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification e.g. NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and learning in School.

The successful candidate will typically work Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 3:50pm, although some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the school.
