You analyze issues with fast chargers (approx. 20 kW to 500 kW), determine the right intervention and support service partners worldwide. In your role as team lead, you coordinate the team, monitor escalated cases and ensure qualitative, timely resolution. You are the technical point of contact for customer-oriented service operations and stimulate knowledge sharing within the team.
