Your Key Responsibilities - Ensure the execution of daily transport and distribution activities and monitor workload, schedules, tasks, and other related functions. - Maintain all databases related to distribution and transport activities and oversee compliance with safety standards in distribution and transport functions. - Handle loading and unloading operations and initiate cost-efficient measures in transport operations. - Implement environmental laws, procedures, and processes. - Conduct performance and development discussions with the team (Intralogistics Operators). - Provide advice to management on personnel matters, including promotion, demotion, and salary.
