Together with colleagues from the Purchasing department, you determine what the organization needs to function and produce. You search for suitable suppliers, investigating reliability, sustainability, and quality. You work on long-term partnerships with suppliers, actively concluding framework agreements with those selected by you and your colleagues. Furthermore, you are responsible for contract management by evaluating supplier performance and driving continuous improvements. Additionally, you manage and control inventory. You contribute to improving and professionalizing our purchasing processes. In consultation with our project teams, you purchase technical products and services and negotiate delivery times. To do this, you request quotations, evaluate them, and use your negotiation skills to secure the best possible agreements.
