Are you interested in combining compensation, data and analytics with global HR processes? We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our global Rewards team and help us develop fair, transparent and data-driven reward practices across the H&M Group.

You will be a key contributor to the successful execution of core rewards programs, partnering to the Compensation Program Leads to deliver different types of compensation data analysis and prepare market and trend reporting. • Develop, enhance, and govern the systems, data and tools used for core rewards processes, such as annual salary reviews, incentive cycles, budget planning, salary structures, and related programs.
  • Perform compensation, position and employee data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and readiness for business and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data, market trends, and workforce insights to support rewards decision-making and program development.
