You will responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse department, managing a team employees. This role involves ensuring procedures are documented and followed, planning and coordinating labor, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining quality standards. You will also play a crucial role in leadership, employee development, process improvement, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. What will you do? - Warehouse Operations: Coordinate the efficient operation and labor based on forecasts and DL targets. - Procedure and Quality Assurance: Document and ensure adherence to procedures. Monitor and ensure accurate completion of KPIs, Quality Metrics, and timecard exceptions. - Leadership and Employee Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to staff, hold HR cycle conversations, and determine training needs for employees and implement development programs. - Process Improvement and Efficiency: Address opportunities for improvement in safety, efficiencies, and overall process management. Advise management on efficiency, effectiveness, and process management. - Interdepartmental Liaison: Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy. - Compliance and Safety: Ensure 5S ,QEHS, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Log and chase IT tickets to resolve issues: Handle back-up planning for all key positions and replace the direct manager during their absence.
