About
Chander Peroti, a.k.a. Kiddo Cee, hailing from Amsterdam Zuidoost, has been active in the rap game since 1991, and that hasn't gone unnoticed. Since the early nineties, Chander has been making waves, creating tracks with various hip-hop crews. The Dutch hip-hop scene was still in its infancy when Kiddo Cee was already pumping out a mature flow and punchlines! With his unique flow, he is socially critical and controversial, with razor-sharp humor, but always very personal and sincere. Kiddo's love-hate relationship with his hometown and main source of inspiration, the Bijlmer, is a common thread throughout his oeuvre. No concessions to commercialism since 1991. Chander Peroti now wants to use his talent and all the knowledge he's gained over the years to entertain, inspire, and educate people of all ages. In addition to his performances, rap and spoken word workshops, and rap summaries, Chander also teaches. He teaches and mentors NT2, level 1 and level 2 students at a vocational school in Amsterdam.
