How does checkout work?
Click Buy on any tier. You go to Stripe Checkout, pay, then come back here. Your slot enters a pending state until Monique reviews the creative (asset and click-through URL) and flips it to active. Most reviews happen within one business day.
When does my campaign go live?
After Monique approves the creative. You submit the asset and click-through URL from your /advertise/dashboard after payment. There is no auto-publish step, so we can keep the placement consistent with the rest of the site.
What happens after the run ends?
The slot expires automatically at end_date. You can renew or rotate creative from the dashboard. Impressions and clicks accumulate for the full run.
Refunds?
Full refund if the slot is not approved within 3 business days. Pro-rated refund if the campaign is paused before 50 percent of the run completes. After 50 percent, no refund.
