Bewaar Production Prepper Your new company Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical manufacturer where quality, safety, and operational excellence are at the core of everything they do. To support ongoing growth, they are looking for a Production Material Prepper to join their Site Operations team in a three-shift environment. Your new role As a Production Material Prepper, you play a key role in supporting the production process. Acting as the link between Warehouse and Production, you ensure that materials, components, and finished goods move efficiently throughout the operation. Your responsibilities include preparing and verifying production orders, processing documentation in SAP and MES systems, and ensuring all activities are executed in line with GMP and GDP requirements. In addition, you are responsible for the physical movement of materials, consumables, and waste streams between Production and the Warehouse, ensuring production lines receive the right materials at the right time. You will work closely with operators and line leaders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment. What you'll need to succeed - Completed MBO education or equivalent level of working and thinking - Experience in a production, logistics, or warehouse environment - Good command of the English language - Strong attention to detail and quality - Comfortable working in a physically active role and in a three-shift schedule - A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environment, as well as familiarity with GMP, SAP, MES, WMS, Lean, or Six Sigma, is considered an advantage.
