Credit Advisor - Consumer Loans DTC DTC is looking for a Credit Advisor - Consumer Loans - Full-time - MBO What are you going to do? As a Consumer Credit Assessor, you will dive into the borrowing capacity of customers and develop yourself into a specialist in Consumer Financing! You will be the first point of contact for all loan applications submitted by private customers through direct channels. You will then work meticulously to determine the customer's maximum loan capacity. You will assess the customer's borrowing needs, analyze their financial situation, and evaluate the associated risks. Once the customer has submitted all necessary documents (e.g., pay slips, employment contracts, outstanding loans), you will carefully review these and decide whether the application is viable. You will then submit your proposal to one of our partner banks. The final step is the administrative processing of the file, which you will carry out with precision. You can work between 32 and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you work on Saturday, you will have a weekday off. What do we ask? - Minimum MBO-level education, such as business economics or commercial economics. - Strong communicator, customer-oriented, and professional. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - It's a plus if you have a WFT Basic diploma; if not, we will cover the cost, and you can complete it during work hours, with your study time also reimbursed.
