As a Production Employee, you will support the manufacturing and packaging of various bakery products, such as filled cookies, stroopwafels, and almond cookies. Your main tasks will include: - Supporting and operating production lines; - Supplying materials and ingredients; - Checking product quality; - Packing finished products; - Reporting faults or irregularities; - Cleaning machines and keeping the workplace organized; - Supporting colleagues when needed. - Your tasks may vary depending on the production schedule, so every day brings new responsibilities and experience. We are looking for candidates who are: - Motivated, reliable, and responsible; - Available to work in a 3-shift system; - Equipped with their own accommodation and transport; - Experienced in production (preferred, but not essential); - Quality-focused and able to work accurately; - Physically fit and comfortable with practical work; - Flexible, quick to adapt, and able to stay calm under pressure; - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team; - Able to communicate in English at a basic or good level. Working Hours The position follows a 3-shift rotation: - Night: 11:15 PM - 7:00 AM - Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM - Afternoon: 3:15 PM - 11:15 PM
