From the initial briefing to the evaluation after initial production, you'll lead the project and monitor every step of the process. You'll oversee the entire process: from selecting and purchasing raw materials and packaging materials to fine-tuning production processes and ensuring a smooth and timely launch. You'll also identify bottlenecks and make adjustments where necessary, ensuring every project has a successful outcome. In this role, you'll combine project-based precision with operational involvement. You'll work on implementing changes to recipes, packaging, and processes, and actively contribute to improvements for existing customers.
