Job purpose As a Junior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant, you will help clients develop and grow their online businesses by setting up, managing, and optimising Paid Search campaigns. You will also act as a business partner, advising clients on marketing needs, challenging goals, assessing feasibility, and helping drive solutions. Key responsibilities Translate your clients' objectives into rock-solid Paid Search strategies: - Set up, manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns - Analyse results and spot optimization opportunities - Implement latest features within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads - Setting up experiments to improve campaign performance - Report and present results to clients - Advise clients on their Paid Search campaigns and strategies - Manage client relationships - Keep up to date with the latest Paid Search developments and share knowledge internally and externally What are we looking for - A Bachelor's or Master's degree related to marketing and data - 1 year of experience with SEA (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Google Analytics, preferably at a digital agency - Analytical, flexible and can work independently - Can present complex results in clear and understandable language - Being directly available to start working in the Netherlands and our Amsterdam office - Full working proficiency in the Dutch language We offer - A flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 day...
