Project Manager As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary projects within the water, offshore, and survey sectors. You support the commercial team during tender processes and take ownership of projects from handover through execution to final evaluation. By coordinating people, resources, equipment, and stakeholders, you ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Result Areas Tender Support and Project Preparation - Supporting the commercial team during tender and quotation processes; - Ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution; - Preparing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource planning; - Identifying project risks and defining appropriate mitigation measures. Project Management and Coordination - Leading projects from initiation through execution and completion; - Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders; - Managing project budgets, planning, progress, and quality; - Ensuring efficient deployment of equipment, software, logistics, and personnel. Client and Stakeholder Management - Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; - Maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle; - Managing expectations and providing regular progress updates; - Supporting commercial opportunities within ongoing projects.
