In short The Behaviour & Ethics team (part of Compliance/SIM - Resilience & Prevention) plays an important role in strengthening an enabling work climate within ABN AMRO. We are looking for a Domain Expert who not only helps anticipate and mitigate behavioural risks, but also enables the organization to learn from incidents and integrity breaches. By identifying behavioural and cultural root causes and translating insights into lessons learned and behavioural interventions, you help prevent recurrence and strengthen the organization's risk culture and resilience. You will contribute to safeguarding an enabling work environment where colleagues are empowered to do the right thing and where a sound risk mindset is central.
