You will oversee the execution of infrastructure upgrades, service enhancements, and customer-driven initiatives ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Facilities, Technical Services, Commercial, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure project activities are aligned with site priorities and enterprise-wide standards. Your role will include managing project timelines, risk assessments, stakeholder communications, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance with local permitting and government regulations, and leading teams through ambiguity and uncertainty. - Use of project management systems, procedures, and processes to ensure effective collaboration between external consultants and the internal team. - Adherence to Global Switch policies and procedures regarding change management, site access, and documentation for risk assessments. - Applies modern project management methodologies and quality assurance techniques to maintain consistency, transparency, and accountability across all project phases. - Maintains a strong focus on contractor performance, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and quality benchmarks. - Preparation of project budgets, tender documents, and negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and consultants. - Maintains rigorous standards of cost control, quality assurance, and programme management throughout design and construction phases. - Ensures all project plans, updates, and technical informatio...
