Within a lean and highly dynamic environment, the Trading Operations function plays a critical role in supporting live trading and enabling scalable growth. The team works closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Technology and Operations professionals to ensure the full trade lifecycle runs smoothly, with a strong focus on listed and OTC options markets. Now you have my curiosity As a Trading Operations Specialist, you operate at the centre of complex and fast-moving options markets. You take ownership of the full trade lifecycle, from execution through to settlement, ensuring accuracy across trade capture, booking and allocation within internal systems and external counterparties. You are responsible for daily reconciliations across positions, cash, valuations and transactions, and play a key role in identifying and resolving operational breaks with brokers, custodians and other counterparties.
