Functie As a beef Slaughterer, you will be responsible for: - Performing one or more stages of the beef slaughtering process. - Carrying out preparatory tasks such as stunning and bleeding. - Removing hides and internal organs safely and accurately. - Using knives and other slaughtering tools professionally and safely. - Inspecting your work and maintaining the required quality standards. - Working efficiently while maintaining the required production pace. - Keeping your workplace, knives and other tools clean and hygienic. - Complying with animal-welfare, safety, hygiene and food-quality regulations.
