As a Books All-Round Production Employee, you will carry out daily production tasks that are essential for a smooth production process. You will identify deviations and issues in a timely manner, helping production continue without disruption. Small mistakes can have a significant impact, so your attention to detail and precision are crucial. During peak periods, you will work in a two-shift system and contribute to a reliable workflow. A short training period of 1-2 days will help you get up to speed quickly. The offer What do you get in return? - A starting salary of €14.92 gross per hour with no prior experience; - A salary of €15.62 gross per hour if you have relevant experience; - A 30% shift allowance for hours worked between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.; - A 55% shift allowance for hours worked between 8:00 p.m. and midnight; - A thorough onboarding period via a buddy system.;; - The opportunity to work in a professional and international production environment.
