Our customers are publicly listed client in North Western Europe, which are seeking for innovative and solid IT solutions. Within Corporate Broking & Issuer Services we offer a broad range of products and IT solutions. On the back of these IT solutions, we provide advisory services with the aim to become the trusted advisor to publicly listed clients. In the Netherlands we are market leader in the issuer services area. We have the ambition to become market leader in our neighboring countries as well, whereby we would like to differentiate our product offering by offering digital solutions to publicly listed clients. Concerning this, we are seeking for an intern who can help us with that. We are therefore very interested to hear your story, your talent and what your future plans are. Your job Corporate Broking & Services is a dynamic team. Their activity is mainly offering issuer services to publicly listed clients in North Western Europe. One can think of, assisting companies with their first listing on Euronext (IPO) or a merger, but also more daily driven activities such as assisting companies with their Annual General Meeting, Dividend/Coupon/Redemption payments and shareholder identification. You will be responsible for assisting the team with their day to day activity with a key focus on the various IT tools which we are offering to publicly listed clients.
