You will bring expertise in reward policies, employment conditions, and reward processes, ensuring that changes are translated into operational processes and implementations in a compliant, efficient, and effective manner. Your Responsibilities - Assess the impact of changes to reward programs, employment conditions, and related processes. - Identify country-specific considerations, risks, and implementation challenges across European countries. - Collect, validate, analyze, and report on reward-related data. - Support project teams with integration and harmonization activities. - Advise on the operational implications of changes to Compensation & Benefits processes. - Translate reward decisions into practical and effective operational processes. - Ensure compliance with local legislation, regulations, and internal policies. - Independently manage assigned tasks, deliverables, and project activities. - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, proposing appropriate solutions. - Act as a subject matter expert for project teams, HR colleagues, and operational stakeholders.
