No two projects are exactly the same, and depending on your experience, you may work on different products and levels of complexity. Your responsibilities include: - Assembling complex mechatronic modules and complete systems; - Performing precision mechanical assembly with tight tolerances; - Working from technical drawings, parts lists and assembly documentation; - Testing, measuring and adjusting systems; - Performing quality checks, inspections and rework when required; - Working on prototype products where instructions may not always be fully defined; - Identifying deviations and actively thinking about technical solutions; - Ensuring the quality and accuracy of your own work; - Supporting or coaching less experienced colleagues when needed; - Working according to strict cleanroom procedures and quality standards. This is a role for someone who wants to understand the technology behind the product and take ownership of the final result. Functie-eisen You are technically minded, precise and comfortable working independently. You don't just assemble a product - you understand how the different components work together and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
