Every profile goes through:
- Email verification (mandatory)
- Phone verification (Premium+)
- Government ID check (Pro+)
- Portfolio sample review by our team
What we don't allow
- Fake or AI-generated profiles
- Misrepresentation of skills, location, or availability
- Sexual, illegal, or harmful services
- Discrimination by race, gender, religion, sexuality, or nationality
- Spam, copy-paste profiles, or duplicate accounts
Reporting
See something wrong? Click "Report" on any profile, gig, or message. Our trust team reviews within 24 hours.
For minors (under 18)
Profiles must be 18+. Minors performing professionally must have a verified parent/guardian account. We follow strict child-safety guidelines.
Data + payments
- All connections via HTTPS / TLS 1.3
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- Payment processing via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- We never see your card details
- GDPR + CCPA compliant
- Data deletion on request: /data-deletion
