Key responsibilities - Take full ownership of the partnership with L'Oréal, driving long-term client success and building a trusted relationship. - Oversee the full lifecycle of Benelux influencer marketing campaigns: from briefing and strategy to execution, reporting, and evaluation. - Safeguard the strategy, budget, and outcomes of all projects to ensure both client impact and internal profitability. - Lead, coach, and empower the dedicated L'Oréal team, inspiring collaboration and high engagement. - Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and data specialists to develop and deliver innovative, result-driven campaigns. - Identify new opportunities to deepen and expand our activities for L'Oréal, proactively growing the partnership. - Secure smooth workflows, optimal project management, and internal alignment within the L'Oréal team. - Directly manage communication with L'Oréal, maintaining transparency and building strong stakeholder relationships. - Analyze campaign results, share actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement for both client and team. - Represent SAMY / team5pm during key client meetings, pitches, and partner events.
