You will collaborate closely with the production department, engineers, and quality control to ensure an efficient and accurate production process. We believe in team spirit and are looking for an engaging colleague with a positive work attitude, driven, and meticulous in their work. This is in 2 shifts. Key responsibilities and core activities of a CNC Operator: - Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications; - Monitor product quality throughout the production process; - Troubleshoot and resolve deviations in the production process related to programming; - Contribute to process improvements (Lean, 5S, etc); - Report progress and any deviations to the supervisor and work preparation team; - Work closely with engineers to analyze optimal work sequences and manufacturability; - Work with shape and position tolerances; - Adhere to safety instructions and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
