We are looking for a CNC Operator to join a modern wood manufacturing environment in Nuenen. In this role, you will operate wood CNC machines and other woodworking equipment to produce high-quality industrial packaging. What are you going to do? As a CNC Operator, you will work with advanced CNC machines to ensure precision and high quality in industrial packaging production. You will operate and maintain machines that process multiple materials, following technical drawings and client specifications. Your tasks include: - Operating 5-axis CNC machines for wood, plastic, foam, and composite materials - Setting up machines according to technical drawings - Loading materials and monitoring production processes - Performing quality checks using measuring tools - Adjusting machine settings to ensure accuracy - Reporting technical issues and maintaining machines - Keeping a clean and safe workspace You will contribute to producing high-quality crates, pallets, and protective packaging for heavy industrial shipments, combining craftsmanship with modern CNC technology. What can you expect from us?
