Because of the further growth strategy, the need to further professionalize and optimize the organization, develop and engage the people agenda and in specific also C&B NL/international this vacancy has arisen for a professional, hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager NL/international Interim/Project Based: Randstad/NL Your challenge You will be responsible for the complete (modern & attractive) C&B package of the company NL and EU countries, incl. salary administration, leading a compact team of professionals NL/EU. You will be part of the HR MT. Who are you? - ca. 10 years of relevant experience as C&B specialist in a dynamic and international profit work environment - Managerial experience, hands-on attitude - Able to act at C-level, level of Works Councils, Unions - Overseeing the impact of the role; right combination to interact operational, tactical and strategic - Bachelor's+/Master's Degree in HR or equivalent qualifications; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both, Dutch and English; - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships and to persuade and influence at all levels; - Ability to deal with sensitive issues in a confidential manner; - Ability to work autonomously and proactively; - Excellent HR/C&B technology skills (benchmarking, job family, reward structure, HRIS).
