This role acts as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders, leveraging Hilti's advanced technologies and solutions to optimize project execution and foster strong client relationships. This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 30%, predominately within Europe. What You'll Do - Report to the Head of X-EU Large Projects in the Netherlands, drive assigned project(s) to maximize topline and meet profitability targets for tier one international projects. - Lead capture team in a matrix organization leveraging strengths and connecting the dots. - Full P&L responsibility for all projects, including order execution by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure project compliance with Hilti rules and guidelines at country, regional, and global levels. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive project success and align with organizational goals. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. - Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes. - Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards. - Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
