As a Contract Management employee you are responsible for drafting, managing, and monitoring employment contracts and the associated personnel administration. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all contractual agreements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal procedures. Tasks may include: - Draft, process, and manage employment contracts, contract extensions, and all other documentation required for employment. - Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely handling of renewals, modifications, and expiring agreements. - Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date personnel and contract administration, including processing employee data changes. - Manage health insurance administration and maintain relationships with collective insurance providers. - Review employment documentation, investigate discrepancies to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. - Provide employee support and collaborate with Planning, Recruitment, and Coordination teams to ensure efficient information exchange and continuous process improv...
