We accelerate the natural process of CO₂ mineralisation - in which CO₂ reacts with minerals to form stable carbonates from thousands of years - to a matter of hours, producing a carbon-negative powder that can replace conventional, heavily emitting cementitious materials. Having switched on the world's first continuous CO₂ mineralisation demonstration plant, we are now scaling from startup execution into structured industrial operations. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how a climate technology company moves from a working demonstration plant toward commercial operations, while making a practical contribution from day one. You will work on one or more well-defined projects matched to your interests, field of study, and skills. Projects may sit within Talent and People Operations, commercial, finance, marketing and communications, engineering, operations, data and reporting, or other business support areas. You will work with experienced Paebblers across functions, translate open questions into useful outputs, and see how decisions are made in a fast-moving industrial start-up.
