Specifically: Zoku's online booking journey, our conversion rate optimization and experimentation program and the growth of direct revenue across all four locations. This is the single biggest value-creation opportunity in our commercial plan. Every visitor who books with us directly instead of through an OTA is margin we keep, a guest relationship we own, and data we can act on. You're the person accountable for moving that number, through disciplined testing, sharp digital merchandising and a booking journey that stops getting in people's way. You'll own the performance of our website and booking engine, using data, experimentation and merchandising to help guests find the right path to book a stay, coworking space, meeting or event, restaurant table and more. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & eCommerce, Revenue, Commercial, CRM and SEO teams, as well as external agency partners, you'll turn digital opportunities into measurable improvements.
