In this temporary freelance assignment, you will coordinate the facility-related activities from the final office fit-out through to the actual relocation. You will work in an advanced technical environment on a tangible project where you can see the results of your work within a matter of months. This is an excellent assignment for an independent professional who enjoys creating structure and bringing multiple internal and external stakeholders together. Your responsibilities You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that the new office is fully equipped and that the relocation runs smoothly. - Coordinate the further fit-out of the new office, including workstations, furniture, meeting rooms, demonstration areas and other facilities. - Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT, Security, Real Estate and Procurement on network connections, server facilities, cooling and building security. - Coordinate and manage suppliers, installers and other external partners involved in the project. - Monitor planning, costs, risks and potential issues, taking action when adjustments are required. - Develop and coordinate the relocation plan and oversee the move into the new office.
