Job description As a Front Office intern, you are the first face our guests see - and therefore the heart of our hotel! From the moment someone walks in, you make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcome right away. You'll learn everything about reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and how to assist guests in the best possible way - always with a smile, of course. No two days are the same: one moment you're at the computer handling admin, the next you're giving a guest tips for the city's coolest hotspots.
