You will primarily work outdoors in the orchard, helping to pick, transport, and, if necessary, pack plums. Scope of Work: - Hand-picking ripe plums - Gently placing the fruit on a conveyor belt - Checking the quality and handling the products with care - Helping to transport the harvested fruit - Performing other seasonal harvesting tasks - If necessary, assist with sorting and packing fruit in the production hall Job Requirements: - Motivated and willing to work - Good physical condition and a willingness to work outdoors - Accurate and responsible - A basic knowledge of English is a plus - Experience with harvesting or production work is a plus Work Environment and Transportation: - The work takes place mainly outdoors in the orchard - Modern harvesting platforms and specialized equipment are used - These tools reduce heavy lifting and unnecessary walking - If necessary, you will assist with sorting and packing fruit in the production hall - Location: Herveld Salary: €14.99 gross per hour, paid weekly.
