We're a small startup looking for a Full Stack Elixir Developer to join our team as we continue building and scaling our platform. Our backend is built with Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, and PostgreSQL, and we're looking for someone who enjoys building products, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership of features from idea to deployment. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work directly with company leadership, influence technical decisions, and help shape the future of the platform. What you'll work on Building new features with Elixir and Phoenix Developing LiveView interfaces PostgreSQL database design and optimization Third-party API integrations AI-powered workflow automation CRM and patient management features Analytics dashboards Scheduling and communication systems Performance improvements and production reliability We're looking for someone with experience in: Elixir Phoenix Phoenix LiveView PostgreSQL Git REST APIs Bonus points for experience with: Fly.io Docker Stripe Twilio AI/LLM integrations Healthcare software Who we're looking for We're much more interested in finding someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow with the company than checking every box on a list of technologies.
